• Candy bars, crushed with a rolling pin, such as Reese's Pieces, Butterfinger, Nutter Butter, Heath Bar, or small sandwich cookies, for decorating
• 1/2 cup smooth peanut butter
• 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, at room temperature
• 4 ounces cream cheese, at room temperature
• 2 cups confectioners' sugar
• 1 1/2 teaspoons milk
