Spicy Sasouir, Veg and Mash - Student Recipes

Ingredients

• 6- 8 Good quality spicy sausages (number depending on how many you're serving.. I also always buy sweet chilli/spicy sausages for this recipe - go see your butcher!)
• ROASTED VEG: 2/3 Peppers
• 1 Onion
• 1 tub of Cherry tomatoes
• 1 clove of crushed garlic
• 1 tub Mushrooms (any type - I go for the cheapest at the time)
• 1/2 Red Chilli's
• Sprinkle of mixed herbs
• Sprinkle of olive oil
• Mash Potato (I'm not going to give instructions how to make this!)
• GRAVY: Onion gravy granules. (Bisto?)
• Sweet Chilli Sauce
• Tomato Puree or Ketchup
• English mustard if available.
