Ingredients

• Shepherd's meatloaf
• 1 tablespoon olive oil
• 1 onion, finely chopped
• 2 stalks celery, finely chopped
• 1 carrot, finely chopped
• 1 kilogram lamb mince
• 3/4 cup peas
• 1/2 cup fresh breadcrumbs
• 1 egg, lightly beaten
• 1/4 cup tomato sauce
• 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
• 1 teaspoon thyme leaves
• steamed vegetables of choice, to serve
• Topping
• 3 medium desiree potatoes, peeled, chopped
• 1/2 cup cream
• 20 gram butter
