Lavender Shortbread Cookies

Ingredients

• 1 c Unsifted flour
• 2 ts Dried lavender blossoms
• 1/2 c Butter, sweet; room temp
• 1 ts Crushed dried spearmint
• 1 1/2 c Sliced yellow squash
• 2 Garlic minced
• Lemon wedges, (optional)
• 2 ts Vegetable oil
• 1 tb Dijon mustard
• 2 Salmon fillets, (4-ounce)
• 4 Fresh broccoli spears
• 1 md Leek, (1/2 pound)
• 1/2 ts Coarsely ground pepper
• 2 tb Fresh Lemon Juice
• 1/8 ts Cinnamon
