Western Salad with Oriental Dressing Recipe

Ingredients

• 1/2 Cucumber, sliced
• A few pieces of red cabbage, picked
• A few pieces of lettuce, picked
• 4-6 radish, finely sliced
• 4-6 cherry tomato, cut in half
• 1 avocado, diced
• 1 carrot, julienned
• A few pieces of fried lotus root, sliced
• 4-6 Tbsp Lee Kum Kee Table Top Oriental Sesame Soy Sauce
• A squeeze of lemon or lime juice
• 1 tsp Salt
• 1-2 tsp Lee Kum Kee Chiu Chow Chilli Oil (optional)
