Peach Plum Crisp - Nordic Ware

Ingredients

• Filling:
• 6 large peaches, sliced and peeled
• 3 large purple or black plums, sliced and peeled (Can omit plums and use 8 peaches)
• 2/3 Cup brown sugar packed
• 5 Tbsp cornstarch (increase if too juicy – decrease if too firm)
• 1/4 tsp salt
• 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
• 2 Tbsp lemon juice – optional
• Topping:
• 1/3 Cup flour
• 1/2 Cup brown sugar, packed
• 1/2 Cup rolled oats, quick cook oatmeal
• 1/2 tsp cinnamon
• Dash salt
• 3 Tbsp COLD butter
• Serving: ice cream
