Pimento Cheese Biscuits | Chick-fil-A

Ingredients
- 1 medium side of Chick-fil-A Pimento Cheese
- 2 cups Bisquick™ Original Pancake & Baking Mix
- 2/3 cup milk
- Optional: 2 tbsp salted butter, melted
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Grease a 6-muffin tin.
- In a medium bowl, stir together Bisquick Baking Mix with milk and pimento cheese. Mixture will be lumpy; this makes for extra fluffy biscuits!
- Portion batter evenly across the six muffin cavities.
- Bake at 400°F for 15 minutes, or until biscuits are lightly browned and an inserted toothpick comes out clean.
- Immediately use a spoon to loosen the biscuits from the tin, place on a cooling rack.
- Optional: brush warm biscuits with melted butter. Serve warm. Leftover biscuits can be sealed in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days.
