- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 2 large whole eggs
- 2 large egg whites
- 1/2 cup Bertolli® Olive Oil Extra Light Taste
- 1/2 cup fresh squeezed orange juice and zest
- 1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
