• 500g of feta cheese
• 1/2 cup chopped green onion
• 4 cloves of minced garlic (or 2tbls of granulated garlic)
• 3 eggs
• 9 sheets of ready made phyllo pastry
• 1/2cup melted butter
• 1/4cup olive oil
• 1/4cup fresh chopped dill
