Ingredients

• 2 tablespoons olive oil
• 1 medium onion, chopped
• 3 cloves garlic, minced
• 1⁄2 teaspoon turmeric powder
• 6-8 cups water or vegetable stock
• 4 cups celery, chopped
• 1 cup The Good Acre daikon radish, chopped
• 2 medium potatoes, chopped
• 1⁄4 teaspoon black pepper
• 1⁄4 cup parsley, freshly chopped
• 1 teaspoon cornstarch
• 1⁄4 cup cold water
• Salt to taste
