Saucy Bbq Beef Roast / My Recipe recipe by Mrs Admin (mashuda)

Ingredients

• 1kg or plus beef roast piece
• 1 tablespoon crushed garlic
• 1 teaspoon red chili paste
• 1 tablespoon bbq spice ( I used gorimas )
• 1 teaspoon robertson steak and chops spice
• 1 teaspoon gori mas orange pepper spice ( if you do not have , use crushed chili and crushed black pepper ½ teaspoon )
• oil
• 2 to 3 tablespoon vinegar
• ¼ cup spurs bbq sauce
• ¼ cup nandos wild herb peri or Calistos or Minnie’s Prego sauce
• 2 tomato sauce
• 1 teaspoon mustard
• 1 tablespoon worchester
• blob butter
• ¼ cup water
