• 1 octopus (1,25-1,5 kg)
• 4 medium potatoes (coarsely chopped)
• 1 large onion (chopped)
• 1-2 cloves garlic (chopped)
• 1 glass of white dry wine
• 1 tbsp Tomato Paste KYKNOS
• 400g Chopped Tomatoes KYKNOS
• 1 bay leaf
• 1/2 bunch parsley (chopped)
• Olive oil
• Salt, freshly ground pepper
