• 250 grams All-purpose flour
• 2 tsp Baking soda
• 1/2 tsp Salt
• 1 1/2 tsp Ground Cinnamon
• 295 ml Vegetable Oil
• 200 grams Granulated sugar
• 200 grams Light Brown Sugar
• 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
• 4 Large eggs
• 300 grams shredded carrot (5/6 medium carrots )
• 100 grams pecans (roughly chopped )
• 65 grams Raisins
• 225 grams Cream Cheese (room temperature)
• 140 grams Powdered sugar
• 80 ml Heavy whipping cream
• 50 grams pecans (roughly chopped, for top of cake )
