• 1 tablespoon Calisto's sweet mild peri peri sauce
• 2 tablespoon Cross & Blackwell Trim
• 4 tablespoon Calisto's sweet mild peri-peri sauce
• 1 tablespoon lemon juice
• 1 teaspoon chilli
