Calistos Chicken recipe by Ruhana Ebrahim

Ingredients

• 2 kg chicken pieces
• 1 tablespoon crushed garlic
• 2 tablespoon lemon juice
• 1 teaspoon dhana Jeeru (Cumin) powder
• 1 teaspoon rough salt
• Pinch turmeric
• 2 tablespoon oil
• 1 tablespoon Calistos medium peri-peri sauce (250ml bottle)
• ½ tablespoon red ginger garlic masala
• 1 teaspoon lemon pepper
• 2 tablespoon tomato sauce
• 2 tablespoon butter
• 2 tablespoon Cross & Blackwell Trim
• Dash dried mixed
