Ingredients

• CAKE
• 3 cups all-purpose flour
• 2 cups sugar
• 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
• 2 teaspoons baking soda
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 2 cups coffee (I use decaf)
• 3/4 cup vegetable oil
• 2 Tablespoons Dark Chocolate Balsamic Condimento
• 1 Tablespoon vanilla
• GLOSSY CHOCOLATE ICING
• 1 stick unsalted butter (8 Tablespoons)
• 1-1/2 cups sugar
• 1-1/4 cups unsweetened cocoa powder
• pinch of salt
• 1-1/4 cups heavy whipping cream
• 1/4 sour cream
• 2 teaspoons Dark Chocolate Balsamic Condimento.
