Lemon-Grilled Artichokes

Ingredients

• 4 Ocean Mist Farms artichokes, cooked
• 4 fresh lemons, sliced into 8 thick lemon slices
• ¼ cup olive oil
• Heat outdoor grill to 350°F.
• Place artichokes on hot grill and cook until the lemon begins to char (flipping artichoke often).
• Serve warm off the grill and use lemon to squeeze on artichoke leaves.
