- 2 ripe avocados, pitted and peeled (400g)
- 1 cup (240ml) unsweetened almond milk
- 1/2 cup (120ml) full-fat coconut milk
- 1/2 cup (100g) pure maple syrup
- 2 tsp (10ml) vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp (1.5g) salt
- 1/2 cup (50g) unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2 oz (56g) dark chocolate (70% cacao), melted and cooled
- 1 tbsp (15ml) coconut oil, melted
- 1 tsp (2g) espresso powder (optional, for depth)
