• 1/2 cup (50g) unsweetened cocoa powder
• 6 large egg yolks (pasture-raised preferred)
• 1 tsp (5ml) vanilla extract
• 1/4 tsp (1.5g) sea salt
• 1 tsp (2g) espresso powder (optional, for depth)
• 4 oz (112g) dark chocolate (70% cacao), chopped
• 1 tbsp (15ml) coconut oil (optional, for smoothness)
