• 1/2 Cup Unsalted Butter, 1 stick, about 120 grams, at room temprature
• 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
• 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
• 1/2 Cup Sugar, plus powdered sugar for dusting
• 1/4 tsp Salt
• 1 tsp Lemon, lemon or orange zest or use 1/4 tsp lemon extract oil
