• ¼ cups Hot water
• ¾ cups Chopped green pepper
• ½ cups Chopped onion
• ¼ cups Melted butter or margarine
• 2 teaspoons Salt
• ¼ teaspoon Pepper
• 2 Eggs, slightly beaten
• 2 Flank steaks
• 1 Salt and pepper
• 1 Flour
• ½ cups Water
