• 1 14 cups firmly packed light brown sugar
• 2 tsp instant espresso powder
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 2 eggs
• 1 cup all-purpose flour
• 3/4 cup macadamia nuts, coarsely chopped
• 3-4 oz white chocolate, coarsely chopped
