• ½ yellow onion, diced
• 3 garlic cloves, minced
• 1 tsp + ½ tsp salt
• ½ tsp dried oregano
• ¼ tsp ground pepper
• 1 ½ cups orzo
• Zest of one lemon
• 3 ½ cups vegetable broth
• ¼-½ cup pesto sauce
