Ingredients

• 10 oz beef (tenderloin, strip loin, or flank steak), thinly sliced across the grain
• 1 tbsp low sodium soy sauce
• 1 tbsp freshly grated ginger
• 1 clove garlic, minced
• 1/2 tsp baking soda
• 10-12 oz snow peas, trimmed
• 1/4 cup water
• 1/3 cup beef broth, cold
• 2 tbsp oyster sauce
• 1 tsp cornstarch
• 3/4 tsp sugar
• 1/4-1/2 tsp red chili flakes
• Canola oil, as needed
• Scallions, thinly sliced, for garnish
• Sesame seeds, for garnish
