Ingredients

• 4 thin slices of veal
• 150 grams of olive oil
• 50 grams of white or red vinegar
• 1 bunch of chopped parsley
• 3 tablespoons of all purpose flour
• 4-5 cloves chopped garlic
• Salt and black pepper
• 1 beef bouillon
