Ingredients

• 9-inch unbaked pie crust (store bought or homemade will work!)
• 3/4 cup light corn syrup
• 3/4 cup light brown sugar
• 2 eggs, room temperature
• 2 tablespoons butter, melted
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
• 2 tablespoons bourbon (optional)
• 2 1/2 cups Better Halves Roasted & Salted Pecans, chopped
• 4 oz bittersweet chocolate, roughly chopped
