- 1 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
- ½ teaspoon Ground Ginger
- 1 teaspoon Mixed Spice
- 1 tablespoon Golden Syrup
- 1 tablespoon Treacle
- 75g Caster Sugar
- 1 Large Egg (about 56g)
- 50ml Brandy
- 75ml Beer (Brown Ale)
- 1 Orange Zest and Juice
- 1 Lemon Zest and Juice
