Ingredients

• Grape glaze
• 1 cup Smucker’s® Grape Jelly
• 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
• 1 tsp. granulated garlic
• 1/4 cup ketchup
• Meatloaf:
• 1 cup yellow onion, minced
• 1 tbsp. canola oil
• 1 1/2 lb. 80/20 ground chuck
• 1 lb. ground pork
• 2 cups panko breadcrumbs
• 1 egg, beaten
• 1 tsp. dried tarragon
• 1 tsp. kosher salt
• 1 tsp. black pepper
• Sandwich:
• 1 slice meatloaf
• 2 tbsp. glaze
• 2 tbsp. butter
• 2 slices Texas toast
• 3/4 cup crispy onions
