Ingredients

• 1 cup (250 mL) Heavy Whipping Cream
• 3 tbsp (45 mL) Powdered Sugar
• 2 tbsp (30 mL) unsweetened cocoa powder
• 1 tsp (5 mL) vanilla extract
• For Mexican Chocolate, add 1/8 tsp (0.5 mL) each ground cinnamon and ground cayenne pepper
• 2 tbsp (30 mL) Powdered Sugar
• 2 tsp (10 mL) ground cinnamon
• 1/8 tsp (0.5 mL) ground nutmeg
• ½ tsp (2 mL) peppermint extract
• Fold in 2-3 tbsp (30-45 mL) crushed peppermint candies or candy canes
• 1/4 – ½ tsp (1-2 mL) almond extract
• Slivered almonds
• 1 tbsp (15 mL) Powdered Sugar
• ½ tsp (2 mL) ground cinnamon
• Cinnamon stick
• 1 ½ tsp (7 mL) bourbon
• Toasted chopped walnuts
