This is one of my favorite recipes. It's not only vegan, it's filling, too.
Ingredients
- 1 package tofu , 14 ounce
- 1.33 cups picante sauce
- 1 onion , chopped
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 0.5 teaspoons garlic powder
- 0.25 teaspoons ground cumin
- 0.25 teaspoons ground black pepper
- 12 corns tortillas
- 2 cans enchilada sauce , 16 ounce
