• ¼ teaspoons of salt
• ½ cup of water
• ½ cup of sugar
• ½ cup of rosemary, roughly chopped
• 2 cups of confectioners sugar
• 2-4 tablespoons heavy cream
• 1 vanilla bean, scraped
