• 1 Tbsp. dark chocolate vinegar
• 1 tsp. of almond extract or Disaronno liqueur
• 1 1/2 cups of unbleached flour
• 1 cup sugar
• 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
• 1 tsp. baking soda
• 1/2 tsp. salt
