- +-1 kg cut up chicken
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 40g butter or ghee (Clarified butter)
- +-1 teaspoon Kashmiri chilli powder
- 1 cut up fresh red chilli
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon lemon pepper
- 1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste
- ½ teaspoon garlic paste
- 210 g tomato (I used ½ can tomato and onion mix)
- 1 cinnamon stick pinch of fine Elachi (cardomom)
- 3 whole black
