Ingredients

• 2 cups flour
• 1 cup powdered sugar, plus more for dusting
• 1/8 teaspoon salt
• 1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, room temperature
• 6 eggs
• 3 cups citrus sugar (or regular granulated)
• 1/2 cup flour
• 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
