Ingredients

• 1 red onion
• 1 clove garlic, minced
• 1 large aubergine
• 1 400g can of chickpeas
• 1 400g can of chopped tomatoes
• 2 tbsp tomato puree
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• 2 tsp garam masala
• 1 tsp ground coriander
• 3 pinches salt
• 1 pinch freshly ground black pepper
• 6-8 squares of Rowdy & Fancy's Lime Chilli chocolate
