We call this kugel spoon apple kugel because that’s the way we serve it- with a spoon stuck into the fluffy top and everybody helps themselves.
Ingredients
- 6 large McIntosh apples, peeled, cored, and quartered
- 6 large baking apples (such as Gala), peeled, cored, and quartered
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon Kedem Apple Juice
- 2 tablespoons cinnamon
- 3/4 cup oil
- 1 and 1/2 cups sugar
- 3 eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 and 1/2 cups Glicks Flour
- 1 and 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
