Carrot Cake Cookies – Rogers Foods

Ingredients

• 1/2 cup butter, softened
• 3/4 cup brown sugar, packed
• 1/2 cup granulated sugar
• 1 egg
• 1 1/2 cups grated carrots, packed (9 ounces)
• 1 cup ROGERS LARGE FLAKE OATS
• 1 1/2 cups ROGERS ALL PURPOSE FLOUR
• 2 tsp cinnamon
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 2 tsp baking powder
• 1/2 cup raisins
• 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
