- 2 cups dried organic apricots, prunes or dates, unsulphured and unsweetened
- 1 cup organic golden raisins, unsulphured and unsweetened
- 2 tablespoons organic, local, raw honey
- Grated rind of one organic lemon
- Juice of one organic lemon
