  • 2 cups dried organic apricots, prunes or dates, unsulphured and unsweetened
  • 1 cup organic golden raisins, unsulphured and unsweetened
  • 2 tablespoons organic, local, raw honey
  • Grated rind of one organic lemon
  • Juice of one organic lemon
