• 3 eggs
• 1 1/2 teaspoons of lime zest (about 1 medium lime)
• 3 tablespoons freshly squeezed lime juice
• 1 1/2 cups (3 sticks) butter, at room temperature
• 3 cups confectioners’ sugar, sifted
• 3 tablespoons tequila
• 1 teaspoon lime oil
• 1/4 cup sour cream
