Codfish Croquettes

Ingredients

• 2 large russet potatoes, peeled and quartered
• 1/8 tsp salt
• 3 medium cod fillets, about 12 oz
• 1/2 small onion, finely chopped (saute first )
• 1/4 tsp baking powder
• 2 tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped
• salt to taste
