• 2 medium onions
• 50 ml olive oil
• 3 cloves garlic
• 200 g wheat flour
• 100 ml milk
• Juice of half a lemon
• Chopped parsley to taste
• Salt to taste

• Garlic-and-parsley breadcrumbs
• Vegetable oil for frying
