- 1-2 tbsp olive oil

- 2 tbsp maple syrup (more depending on your sweet tooth!)
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1-2 tsp of paprika
- 3-4 eggs, fried
- Parsley, roughly chopped, to garnish
