Ingredients

• 1½ Cups Sutter Home Cabernet (set remaining wine aside to enjoy with the burgers!)
• 1½ Cups Finely Chopped Mushrooms
• ¾ Cup Finely Chopped Onion
• 2 t. Minced Garlic
• 2 T. Colavita Extra Virgin Olive Oil
• ¾ Cup Seasoned Bread Crumbs
• 2 lbs. Ground Sirloin
• 2 t. Sea Salt
• 2 T. Worchestershire Sauce
• Black Pepper to taste
