- A cup of frozen peas, optional
- 400ml double cream
- 200g smoked salmon, sliced
- 100g parmesan, grated
- zest of a lemon
- Fresh dill, or parsley, a couple of tablespoons, chopped
- salt
- pepper
- Extra fresh dill or pars
