Ingredients

• 1 lb. ground pork
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• ¼ cup flour
• ½ tsp black pepper
• 1 onion, chopped
• 1 cup Young Guns Green Chile
• 1 ½ lbs. potatoes, peeled and cubed
• 3 garlic cloves, chopped
• 1 14.5 oz can diced tomatoes
• 4 cups chicken broth
• 1 tbsp ground cumin
• 1 tsp dried mexican oregano
• 1 tsp salt
