• 0.25 tsp of salt
• 1 tbsp of unsalted butter
• 6 oz (170 g) of fine-quality white chocolate , chopped
• 2 large eggs
• 0.33 cup of sugar
• 1 tsp of vanilla
• 0.25 tsp of almond extract
• 1.5 cups of chilled heavy cream
