Ingredients

• Golden Delicious Applesauce
• 6 medium Stemilt Golden Delicious apples, peeled, cored, chopped into smaller chunks
• 1/2 cup water
• 2 tablespoon lemon juice
• 1/4 cup maple syrup (optional)
• 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• Potato Pancakes
• 4 medium sized russet potatoes
• 1 cup yellow onion, shredded
• 2/3 cup gluten-free all purpose flour
• 3 flax eggs
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
• About 1 cup avocado oil to fry
• Chopped chives to serve
