• 3 cups cake flour
• 1/4 cup white chocolate, finely chopped
• 1 teaspoon baking powder
• 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
• 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
• 1 1/2 cups (3 sticks) unsalted butter, softened
• 2 cups sugar
• 6 large eggs
• 1 cup buttermilk
• 1 teaspoon peppermint extract
• 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
• 2 cups of your favorite vanilla frosting
• 1 cup crushed hard peppermint candies
