• 150g unsalted butter (melted)
• 150g light brown sugar
• 2 medium eggs
• 1 tsp vanilla paste
• 275g plain flour
• 1 ½ tsp baking powder
• 1 tsp baking soda
• ¼ tsp salt
• ½ tsp ground cinnamon
• ½ tsp nutmeg
• 600 ml double cream
• 180g icing sugar
• pinch of salt
• 200g Salted caramel
