Ingredients
- 2 oz. 100-proof bourbon
- 1 oz. fresh lemon juice
- <sup>1</sup>⁄<sub>2</sub> oz. simple syrup
- 1 tsp. orange marmalade
- 1 egg white
- 3 drops Angostura bitters
